About program
This engaging and interactive ESL class is designed specifically to help young learners develop essential English language skills in a fun and supportive environment. The class combines structured lessons with interactive activities to keep young learners motivated and excited about learning English.
Class structure:
- Warm-up:
- Fun icebreakers or simple games to activate prior knowledge and prepare students for the lesson.
- Basic conversation practice, such as greetings or sharing a fun fact.
- Core lesson:
- Focused teaching on a specific topic, such as vocabulary, grammar, or sentence structure.

Mallori Martin
About
Hello! My name is Mallori. My native language is English, and I am a highly experienced English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher from the United States. I have a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master’s TEFL Certification.
I began my career teaching ESL in South Korea in 2011. I was a grade 3 homeroom English Immersion Teacher at a prominent elementary school. I then returned home in 2013 and began teaching ESL online to students from all over the world. In 2019, I also began teaching ESL online to children and adults in China, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea. I have 14 years of experience teaching ESL students from all over the world, both in the classroom and online.
I use interactive, student-focused methods to ensure effective learning. I encourage real-life communication through role-plays, discussions, and activities that prioritize fluency. I break down complex tasks into manageable parts and gradually encourage independence. I incorporate technology, such as language apps and multimedia tools, to add engagement and adaptability to lessons. Additionally, I integrate cultural elements, practical scenarios, and differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners while fostering motivation and confidence.
With consistent feedback and a supportive classroom atmosphere, I create an environment where students feel confident and motivated to excel. I look forward to meeting with you!
