Code of Conduct

  1. Registration may be cancelled and unconducted classes may be refunded within the first 3 classes. If registration is cancelled after 3 lessons, payment is not refundable, except in cases of serious illness, emergencies, natural disasters, or death.
  2. We are at your service on weekdays from 10:00 to 22:00 Baku time, and on weekends from 12:00 to 18:00 Baku time.
  3. The company may fire teachers for a non-effective teaching approach and poor results. As a result, we may change your instructor if we consider it appropriate.

Learners' Code of Conduct

  1. Do not be more than 5 minutes late for class. We recommend you join the class 10 minutes before the start to avoid being late due to technical issues. Our team will be ready to assist you as soon as possible but not responsible for any delay from your side.
  2. If you are late for half of the lesson and do not inform the school, the teacher leaves the lesson.
  3. Dress appropriately for class to help create a safe and comfortable environment for all learners and the teacher. Always show up for class fully clothed.
  4. Take responsibility for making each class a great learning experience for yourself and your classmates: participate, stay on topic, and avoid distractions.
  5. Contribute to a class environment in a way that is safe and welcoming for learners and teachers from all backgrounds, beliefs, gender and race.
  6. Keep your personal information private and do not ask others to share personal information.
  7. If a learner studies in a group and misses a class, the tuition fee for that class is non-refundable. The video of the lesson will be provided upon prior request.
  8. If a learner misses 3 consecutive lessons without informing the instructor or organizers, the instructor has the right to expel him/her. In these cases, the payment is non-refundable.
  9. The class can be rescheduled or cancelled a minimum of 4 hours before the class time, except in cases of serious illness, emergencies, natural disasters, or death.
  10. The class can be rescheduled if all parties agree on a suitable time or find it appropriate. The cancellation can be done if all parties find it appropriate.
  11. The school holds the right to cancel/reschedule the class on holidays or in emergency cases.
  12. Cancellation and rescheduling policies:
    • The classes are conducted once a week: 
    • 1:1 learners:
      • The learner is entitled to 1 rescheduling and 1 cancellation
    • Group of 2:
      • Each learner is entitled to only 1 rescheduling
    • Group of 2+:
      • No cancellation or rescheduling can be done
    • The classes are conducted more than once a week:
    • 1:1 learners:
      • The learner is entitled to 2 reschedulings and 2 cancellations
    • Group of 2:
      • Each learner is entitled to 1 rescheduling and 1 cancellation
    • Group of 2+:
      • Each learner is entitled to 1 cancellation

Parents' Code of Conduct

  1. Pay on time. Payment must be made 6 hours before the class. If we do not receive any response after the payment reminder, we will cancel the first class of the new tuition month. If we do not receive any response about payment before the 2nd lesson of the new tuition month, then we remove the student from the group. In the case of 1:1 tuition, we close the group.
  2. Do not hesitate to ask questions from the teacher to clarify the details that are unclear during the classes and give constructive feedback.
  3. Encourage kids' active participation during the classes. Many classes are based on group conversation, and learners' passive participation can have a negative impact on the lesson.
  4. Participate in discussions, provided they respect different opinions.
  5. Help to make SCHOOLPLUS a safe and secure place for everyone.

Teachers' Code of Conduct

  1. Be prepared, begin on time, and treat all learners with respect.
  2. Send learners' progress reports to the organisers once a month (not applicable to all programs).
  3. Postpone the class at least 4 hours before the start of the lesson, in case of force majeure, the company should be notified as soon as possible.
  4. Wear accordingly in a respectable and professional manner at all times.
  5. Avoid using a mobile phone during working hours, except in emergency cases.
  6. Pay equal attention to every learner during the lesson.
  7. Respond promptly to parents' and executives' questions and requests.
  8. Direct all requests not related to the class content to company executives.
  9. Create a safe and welcoming environment for every child and family, regardless of origin, belief, gender or race.
