In my opinion, a great language instructor is someone that engages their student's attention and abilities in a manner that is both fun and entertaining, as well as resulting in information retention. The learning process should be an enjoyable one. Accordingly, I feel it is important to adopt a dynamic approach to teaching, based on the individual needs of each student in order to achieve successful learning outcomes for vocabulary, reading, writing, grammar and spoken English.
