About program
In my American ESL classes for pre-intermediate students, I create a fun and supportive environment where kids feel inspired to learn and confidently use English. We focus on real-life communication, strengthening speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. With activities like storytelling, group discussions, and creative projects, students naturally grow their vocabulary and grammar while enjoying the process. This class builds confidence, promotes academic success, and fosters social connections, preparing children for an English-speaking world. Hello, my name is Wesley, and I’m a dedicated English teacher from the United States with over a decade of experience working with students from a wide range of backgrounds, including China, Jordan, Korea, Mexico, Turkey, and the U.S. I bring extensive experience in both online and in-person settings, teaching students of all ages and proficiency levels.
With TEFL, TESOL, and TOEFL certifications, I have taught a wide variety of courses, from foundational English for young learners to IELTS and TOEFL preparation for advanced students. I focus on practical language skills and use engaging methods—such as interactive discussions, real-life tasks, and listening exercises—to build student confidence and fluency. I also develop personalized materials that match each student’s goals and interests, making learning both enjoyable and effective.
